    Chuck's Birthday Today

    Today is Chuck's birthday and he is now wearing a 42 pant instead of a 44. He weighs 208. We are both feeling so good since changing our eating habits & exercising.
     
    I won't be weighing in again till March 7th. I want to be surprised when I step on the scales at work next month.
    I did buy some new pants last night size 16. I had to buy new pants, my others were falling down and baggy.
